May 17, 2016 Board Meeting Agenda Item #33 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #1 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE VENICE MIDDLE SCHOOL HVAC RENOVATION AND BUILDING UPGRADES PROJECT Description The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional architectural, structural, MEP, and civil design services for modifications to the buildings and surrounding site at the request of Facilities Services. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $134,817.00. These funds are available through the project budget. Recommendation That Amendment #1 to the Agreement dated March 1, 2016, with Harvard Jolly, Inc., for the Venice Middle School HVAC Renovation and Building Upgrades be approved as presented.
